Ep 470 - Why LinkedIn Is An Underused Platform & What To Do About It with Kayla Ihrig

Kayla Ihrig is a seasoned professional in the field of networking and career development on LinkedIn, with a rich background in freelance writing and digital nomadism. Ihrig's perspective on LinkedIn is that it is an authentic platform for making connections, helping others, and creating meaningful content. She emphasizes treating LinkedIn like a two-way conversation rather than a megaphone, and values the formation of genuine relationships through networking. Ihrig advises against a short-term mindset or setting unrealistic goals for posting frequency, instead suggesting a focus on creating quality content and engaging with others in a meaningful way. This perspective is shaped by her extensive experience working for renowned publications such as HubSpot and GoDaddy, and her journey as a digital nomad. Join Kim Thompson-Pinder and Kayla Ihrig on this episode of the Author to Authority podcast to learn more about Ihrig's journey and insights.
